INVESTIGATOR is back with their new single YOUnique. This is the second release off the upcoming full length album and hot off the back of the first single Bad Luck’s Shoebox.

YOUnique is not your stock standard, shoegazer love ballad. Rather than focusing on a love interest, the song challenges the listener to love themselves for who they are and not what society wants them to be. Adrian’s vocals are pleading, almost desperate in their askance for acceptance as the song builds, swells and soars into its grungey crescendo.

Highlights to listen out for; Dave Crowhen’s bass harmonic work, gorgeous piano parts played by producer Kane Bennett and the explosive bridge that takes YOUnique to a whole new level!

YOUnique is a bit Pixies, a tad Weezer, but a whole lot of INVESTIGATOR!

It's all about the melodies and soaring choruses, with catchy riffs & driving guitar... but within the dark brooding space there is always a hint of optimism.
